I am studying medicine and would become a psychiatrist in Germany but I also have a huge yearning for acting as well as learning languages, so do you think that since psychiatry is not as straining as for instance surgery that I can pursue my acting dream??

You can always pursue acting as a hobby, by taking an acting class or joining a theater company that rehearses in the evenings. If you want to act professionally, you can do that too, as long as your job offers the flexibility to go on auditions and take off when you get a role. If things start to take off in your acting career, you can always decide then which career you want to choose. Acting is very competitive, so it’s good to have another career anyway. Good luck!
